Each Moscone building has a permanent First Aid Center, and all buildings utilized by an event must an EMT on duty during show activity in that building.
*Any event that provides on-site child care at Moscone is required to have (1) First Aid Center staffed with an EMT while the child care service is in operation.
Scheduling Your Emergency Medical Services
The Moscone Center has contracted with CrowdRx to provide Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to manage all First Aid Centers. EMT staffing is based on building use, number of attendees, activities taking place, and when the building is in use for the event. EMT shifts are scheduled for a minimum of (4) hours and scheduled in (30) minute increments. Moscone will submit requested EMT hours for the event on the client’s behalf. Client will need to provide the Moscone Event Manager the schedule of events and associated hours (1) month prior to the event move-in date. EMT billing will be included on the final event statement.
